Welcome to BOKA. An award-winning NYC architecture firm creating sophisticated residences across the country.
This full renovation of a three-bedroom Pied-à-terre in One57 features luxurious finishes inspired by Art Deco and infused with Asian influences. The grand room showcases a Murano glass chandelier as the focal point, complemented by custom bronze and mahogany cabinetry designed to display a collection of antique Japanese woven baskets.
The millwork designed by BOKA includes custom moldings throughout and cove lighting. Venetian plaster ceilings, upholstered walls, and motorized shades and drapes set the stage for the iconic New York City views. BOKA collaborated with a lighting designer to strategically optimize the placement of lighting on the ceilings and wall paneling, enhancing the overall artwork throughout the home. Additionally, new lighting and audiovisual systems have been installed throughout the apartment, further elevating its elegant livability.
